Maxim Sterlyagov

Maxim founded Asset Management Group in 2009. Prior to founding AMG, Maxim was working as Head of Morgan Stanley Real Estate Asset Management in Russia. Prior to it, from 2007 to 2009, Maxim was an Investment Manager in AIG Global Real Estate. From 2005 to 2007 Maxim was general director of Bridge Investments. Maxim holds MBA degree from Case Western Reserve University, an Executive Education from Harvard Business School, and a Master’s degree from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

Nikolay Morgoev

Nikolay Morgoev

Nikolay joined AMG in 2012. In 2010-2012 Nikolay was working as a Consultant in Corporate Finance department of Deloitte and Touche. From 2007 to 2010 Nikolay was an audit expert in Deloitte and Touche. Nikolay graduated from Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation with specialization in Finance and Credit.


Tatiana Ventsova

Tatiana Ventsova

Prior to joining the AMG team in June 2014 Tatiana was working as a Regional Business Finance Analyst at BlackRock in London. In 2008-2011 Tatiana worked as a Corporate Finance Advisory Analyst at consultancy firm Garant in Omsk, Russia. Tatiana graduated from Omsk State University with a Bachelor Degree in Economics (specialization in Finance and Credit) and also holds an MBA degree from University of Oklahoma (USA). Tatiana is a recipient of multiple grants and awards, including Edmund Muskie Fellowship and Michael F. Price Scholarship awards.

Yana Marusina

Yana Marusina

Yana joined AMG in November 2015. Prior to it, from 2014 to 2015, Yana was working as an Investment Analyst at GHP Real Estate Investment Fund (ex. Fleming Family & Partners). In 2013-2014 Yana was working in Economics and Finance Department at World Trade Center Moscow. From 2011 to 2013 Yana was working as a Consultant in Real Estate and Valuation Department at Ernst&Young. Yana graduated from Moscow State University with specialization in Mechanics and Mathematics.
